Alessandra graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and holds Master’s and Doctor’ degrees from the same institution in Economic and Social Law. She holds postgraduate degrees in Tax Law and Tax Procedure Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, as well as in Civil Procedure from Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Jurídicos. As an author, Alessandra wrote the book “Proof in Tax Administrative Law” (edited by Editora Juruá) and numerous articles and pieces published in renowned legal reviews. Besides writing, she has given many lectures in symposia and congresses, regionally and nationally. She is a member of Instituto de Direito Tributário and a professor of Tax Law and Tax Procedure Law at UNICURITIBA. Alessandra has a large experience as a tax consultant at KPMG and as tax lawyer at Ernst & Young and Deloitte up to 2003.
Her practice fields are Corporate Law, chiefly in M&A transactions, and legal advice to international clients.
